About Dianne Bright

Dianne Bright has been a physiotherapist for over 29 years. Dianne graduated in 1985 from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy and followed this 10 years later with a Master of Health Science, majoring in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy from Charles Stuart University. Dianne’s initial placement was at Westmead Hospital followed by 2 years at Harley St in London.
On her return to Australia, she owned private practices in Parramatta, Castle Hill, and for the past 5 years in Lindfield Sydney. Dianne has extensive experience in Biomechanical analysis and posture correction techniques, which empower you with effective tools to maximise your body’s function.
‘My greatest passion is assisting people maximise their health and exceed their own expectations in what they can achieve physically in life’.
Dianne also has over 10 years experience in Corporate Physiotherapy and Occupational Health and Safety having designed and developed the Posture @ Work Program. This program diagnosed then taught workers how to correct muscle imbalances which greatly increase the risk of injury. This program was rolled out in multi-national companies such as Optus, Thales Australia and Westpac.
