Lindfield Physiotherapy has been providing Physiotherapy services since 1960. Our staff listen to you, treatment is provided to promote mobility, functional ability, quality of life and movement via thorough examination and evaluation to provide a comprehensive diagnosis of physical problems. Our team are also trained in the use of Western Acupuncture to provide pain relief and promote tissue healing. Western Acupuncture can be effectively used in conjunction with an exercise regime.

Lymphoedema has several causes, most commonly through cancer treatments involving the removal of lymph nodes, trauma and tissues damage, immobility or infection. Treatment by a certified Lymphoedema Therapist uses best-practice – skincare, massage, bandaging/prescription garments and exercise. Lymphoedema requires a specialised response as each case is unique to the individual.

Lindfield Physiotherapy provides quality physiotherapy to people who are unable to attend the clinic. We provide this service to people in the Roseville, Lindfield, Killara, Gordon, Pymble and St Ives areas both in the home and aged care facilities.

Lindfield Physiotherapy specialises in assisting the individual in preventing falls. This is particularly applicable to the ageing population where the treatment focus is on strengthening muscles and balance exercises which can integrated into daily life.

Lindfield Physio provides quality Physiotherapy for the ageing population, whether you live at home or in an aged care facility. Treatment focuses on alleviating pain of conditions such as osteoarthritis or providing personalised exercise programs to prevent falls and promote activities of daily living.

Lindfield Physiotherapy has a particular passion for correcting our patient’s postural alignment as this provides a strong foundation for good health. By balancing muscle length and strength, posture can be easily corrected, pain reduced and function increased. Lindfield Physio has developed a unique, simple and effective posture program which is effective in correcting correct posture for the long term despite your age.

Lindfield Physiotherapy provides quality ergonomic assessments both for your home office and workplace, as well as providing advice for school students. The assessment includes a comprehensive report and recommendations as to chair, desk and desktop/laptop set. In addition, an often overlooked area of ergonomics is how your car is set up. It is not uncommon to spend several hours a day in the car so this is an important consideration in terms of your health.

Don’t just take our word for it. Here’s what a few of our patients have to say.

Dianne has looked after me for the past 5 years and has tended to 99.9% of my body. She has an holistic approach and looks at the whole picture, not just to diagnose and treat but prevent the injuries, pain and discomfort from occurring. She is friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone needing pain relief, rehab or just a chat.
